Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Space Idol (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, or lend the App to third parties
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

Ownership of Content

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to code, graphics, audio, text, and game mechanics, are owned by the Space Idol team. Your game progress, achievements, and in-game items are part of the App’s functionality and do not constitute personal property.

In-Game Purchases

The App may offer in-game purchases (Ions). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, and functionality of in-game items at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers or networks
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SPACE IDOL TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Space Idol team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms with a revised date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
